The Feb. 4 National Signing Day is almost treated like a holiday in parts of the country where college football is king. But it was also a major event at Barnegat High School, where four Bengal standouts signed letters of intent to play on the collegiate level.

Manny Bowen, who played wide receiver and linebacker, will be taking his talents to Penn State. Mammoth offensive lineman Sam Madden is off to the University of Georgia.
