A Barnegat Township family is seeking financial help in procuring a service dog to help their two children with special needs.
Candace Laskowski said she and her husband Stephen have four children. Six-year-old Ashton has a life-threatening allergy to nuts and Julian, 4, was diagnosed with autism last fall.
