Prior to Christmas two years ago, Joe Mangino already enjoyed bird watching and conservation, with multiple feeders in his backyard. He often peeked out the window or took a glance from his detached garage while working outside to see some of the feathered visitors that stopped by.

“Now I don’t have to get out of bed in the morning to see what’s out there,” said the Stafford Township resident. “I can hear them and their calls or songs from inside and then just flip on the phone to see what’s out there. At lunchtime, it’s the same thing.
