To the Editor:
I recently learned about a $772,300 National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grant awarded to Long Beach Township for bay island restoration projects on Clam Cove Island and West Marshelder Island. This was amazing to see, and I applaud the township for its efforts.
I encourage the township to continue with these initiatives and financially contribute to work toward reparation efforts for additional bay islands.
