What’s the matter with our schools today? I think I know the answer to that question.

The problem is the teachers. Nearly all of them are far too normal. They look and act like regular people. Back in the days of my misspent youth, we had the most eccentric teachers the school board could find. Somehow or other, their weird ways captured our attention and had a good effect on our academic achievement.
