Eastern Surfing Association Regional Qualifier to Bring Surf Action and Business to the LBI’s South End

2003 was a cold winter and spring – not so brutal as this year’s, but it was chilly. The Eastern Surfing Association held its Northeast Regional Qualifier event in Harvey Cedars May 16-18 that year. By May standards, it was brisk and windy, but the event went off without a hitch. Now, 11 years later, the event has come back to LBI.
