To the Editor:
In my opinion much of the well-meaning debate about the offshore wind farm proposal misses a significant point: It is almost a done deal.
A story in the July 20 SandPaper stated on page 18: “Engineering, procurement and construction contracts for New Jersey’s first offshore wind farm have already been awarded.”
