To the Editor:
As we move into March and hopefully the end of the winter, we need to prepare for the return of our friends, neighbors and seasonal visitors to the Island. In the off-season, we have the pleasure of enjoying the peace and beauty of our full-time home, which we will again share with those returning. However, what we don’t need returning to the Island is the noise level we experienced last season.
