To the Editor:
In your recent editions, I have been reading about outdoor dining. I have no problem with outdoor dining as long as you assure the diners that they will be protected from the elements. I mean not what is falling from the sky, but what is blowing around from the road. For a long while now, every time we would drive by a place that had outdoor dining, I would say to my wife, “Don’t they know what they are breathing?”
Recently the Island had a storm that ended up with a lot of snow, beautiful white snow. We wound up with huge drifts.
