To the Editor:
Compass Point (the cottages development) in Barnegat is being built as proposed. The builder was waiting for approvals, as he should, before he could proceed. In addition, materials are on backorder. He will soon begin working on the $7 million clubhouse.
The developer will be paying the $20 million township obligation for affordable housing to be built on Route 9, preventing a big tax increase.
