On June 7, Cuisine on the Green hosted a pesto workshop led by author Olwen Woodier, employing recipes from her recently published The Pesto Cookbook. Many ingredients were harvested in the restaurant’s newly refurbished demonstration garden.
The demonstration garden is a training center and functioning restaurant of the Ocean County Vocational Technical School District. It is located on the Ocean County Golf Course at Atlantis in Little Egg Harbor.
