Court Reinstates Town Land Use Denial in Kubel’s Too Case

The Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, has ruled to reverse the decision of Judge Marlene Lynch Ford in Ocean County last year, that in turn had reversed the decision of the Long Beach Township Land Use Board in denying a six-lot residential subdivision to the owner of the former Kubel’s Too, in Brighton Beach.
