To the Editor:
It was the kind of winter morning that feels straight out of a Christmas card – 32 degrees, snow and sleet, and the perfect backdrop for the Beach Bums’ third annual Ugly Sweater Breakfast at Kristy’s in Waretown.
One by one, the members rolled in like a holiday parade, Corvette owners bundled in the most outrageous, festive and downright hysterical sweaters you could imagine. Forty members strong, the room lit up with Christmas colors, Corvette pride and that unmistakable Beach Bums camaraderie.
