To the Editor:
We have come a long way from voting on a paper ballot on Election Day to voting by mail to early voting prior to Election Day. Now if all this wasn’t enough, we have this year’s entry: the Voter Convenience Act, NJ S2865.
This bill, with the use of new technology, would allow voters to vote in any polling place in their municipality on Election Day and would eliminate voter registration books, replacing them with electronic poll books, a.k.a. tablets.
