Everybody’s got their favorite chowder that they considered a winner at Chowderfest 2021, but the event itself is a winner. The organization that presents it won a statewide tourism award for the event’s digital marketing during the pandemic.
The New Jersey Tourism Industry Association held its Tourism Excellence Award Ceremony at the Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City on Dec. 1, and the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce accepted a win for Digital Outreach for the Chowderfest campaign.
