Changes are coming in the next few months, including a return to Daylight Saving Time, the arrival of spring and, perhaps, the final phase of the Causeway project in Ship Bottom being completed on time and ahead of the full throttle of the summer season on Long Beach Island.

“It is on schedule at this time,” Steven Schapiro, a spokesperson for the N.J. Department of Transportation, said earlier this month. “However, winter weather could affect the schedule.”
