To the Editor:
As a senior citizen and healthcare professional, I applaud Nancy Taggart Davis and her support of a regulated cannabis business (“Think Rationally,” 6/23). For those voters who are unsure of the outcome of a local dispensary, I recommend you visit communities that currently conduct legal marijuana sales.
I have a family member who resides near Amherst, Mass., an affluent college community where several well-run controlled dispensaries for medical and recreational cannabis products prosper.
