The following was addressed to Beach Haven Municipal Clerk/Borough Administrator Sherry Mason.
Dear Sherry:
On July 12 at the council meeting, Ordinance #2021-27C was introduced under the first reading. The ordinance prohibits the operation of all classes of cannabis businesses within the borough of Beach Haven. On behalf of the board of directors of the Beach Haven Taxpayers Association, I offer the following comments.
