It’s time to put a period on the year 2016 for The SandPaper as it goes silent for the next two weeks. The year will go down in history books as one of great interest, but that is too recent to be dealt with in this column. Here we will review the year in history with the annual test that covers the articles that appeared in “200 Plus.” Just a note: This is the 30th test in the series; if you have taken them all, my thanks to you and good luck this year.
