Dear Sherry:
On July 11, after extensive public comment, Ordinance 2022-13C, creating a no-parking area for the loading-unloading zone was tabled due to public safety concerns. While this issue was raised by residents of Bayview Condominium Association, this issue goes beyond Bayview. The board of directors of the Beach Haven Taxpayers’ Association has the following concerns and recommendations.
