When Big Barlow’s BBQ closed its doors in Barnegat Township in late August due to staff shortages and escalating meat prices, owner Chris Barlow vowed it was “not a goodbye, just a new beginning.” He has kept that promise, as the business will now be operating out of a bayfront area off Bryant Road in Waretown.
