To the Editor:
The Beach Haven Police Department is second to none, but I’d like to ask a favor of them for this upcoming summer. They need to start ticketing electric scooters, electric bikes and even regular bicycles.
First of all, these e-bikes, etc. never stop at stop signs. I will admit that a lot of non-powered, two-wheeled bikes at least slow down. Also, most all of them go way faster than the posted speed limit. They need to be held to the same rules and regulations as a car.
