A lot of people probably had not yet settled into their seats at the Barnegat High School football field Friday night when they got an “uh-oh” moment.
Just 11 seconds into the first quarter of the opening round of the NJSIAA South Jersey Group III playoff game, Pemberton senior running back Quincey Lambert raced 65 yards down the right sideline for a touchdown, making the score 7-0 in favor of the visiting Hornets.
