Authors Margaret Thomas Buchholz and Scott Mazzella will discuss their book, Great Storms of the Jersey Shore, on Friday, July 17 at 1 p.m. at the Beach Haven Public Library.
“Great Storms of the Jersey Shore is a dramatic history of the major coastal storms that have hit the Jersey Shore throughout recorded history,” said Buchholz. “This slide show is adapted from the book, which is illustrated with nearly 200 photographs, engravings, and maps.”
The book was first published in 1993, when her co-author was the late Larry Savadove.
