To the Editor:
Re: Mr. Ackel’s letter (“Freedom to Choose,” 11/24), Mr. Ackel is correct. He extols the right to choose. The voters of New Jersey chose to legalize marijuana. The governing body of Beach Haven chose to ban pot shops. It’s that simple. Case closed.
