Five companies have submitted bids for various repairs and renovations to the Beach Haven Emergency Operations Center located in the old Coast Guard station.
At the Aug. 11 borough council meeting, Borough Engineer Frank Little said Seawolf Construction Corp., located in Elizabeth, submitted the lowest bid, at $6.08 million. Santorini Construction, Neptune, was the second lowest, at $6.24 million.
