Another Beach Haven landmark will soon fall to the wrecking ball as the Silver Sun Mall will make way for a mixed commercial/residential development.
At Monday’s land use board meeting, Silver Sun received approval to erect a mixed-use two-story building at its 210 North Bay Ave. site. The first floor will cover 2,843 square feet; it had not been decided whether there would be one business there or two.
