Individuals under 18 years of age will have to be home by 10 p.m., according to an ordinance adopted at the July 27 Beach Haven Borough Council agenda meeting. The current curfew is midnight.
Police Chief James Markoski had recommended the curfew change due to what he said was a growing loitering problem.
