I understand that the New Jersey Back Bays Coastal Storm Management’s Final Feasibility Report and environmental impact statement with the recommended plan (NJ Back Bay Study) will be released shortly, followed by a public hearing.
When the report is released, the public will be able to access it online at nap.usace.army.mil/Missions/Civil-Works/New-Jersey-Back-Bays-Study.
