“Anytime I have a goal in mind, I write it there, and it stays there until I hit it,” said the sophomore distance runner, who on Nov. 15 was Barnegat High School’s first girl ever to compete in the NJSIAA Cross Country Meet of Champions. “I wrote Meet of Champs on it back in September. It will stay there for the next two years.”
