Jamie White didn’t envision her career ending the way it did. Unfortunately, within the sport of bowling, sometimes bad days arise when they’re least wanted.
“It was such a bad day that, even later while I was driving, I hit an opossum,” White said on Feb. 27, the day after the NJSIAA Individual Championships at Lucky Strikes Lanes in North Brunswick, following her Barnegat team’s season-ending loss in the sectional final.
