Back to the ’60s at Albert Hall Pineystock

While concerts at the Albert Music Hall in Waretown traditionally begin with the playing of the National Anthem, a new wrinkle was added to a special event held on Aug. 9.

It was the Pinelands Cultural Society’s second annual “Pineystock,” a musical celebration of bands and artists from the Woodstock festival, soon celebrating its 57th anniversary, along with other anthemic tunes from the late 1960s to the early ’70s.
