Ocean temps remain in a bather-maddening pendulum mode – ups and downs far beyond what we usually feel nowabouts.

I know I’ve been belaboring these backs-and-forths in ocean water temps, but they impact almost the entire summer shebang. Fishermen, beachgoers, lifeguards and weatherites must all adjust accordingly to the vagaries of the suds. Those folks paying a mint for a week’s worth of vacationing have gotten a bit miffed over getting the cold shoulder from the sea.
