In order to protect myself from any litigation-happy person or people, let me preface my comments that these are just my opinions, although I strongly doubt that they are mine alone.
Beach Haven’s governing bodies must have lost their collective minds. First, we have a project at Bird & Betty’s that far exceeds the scope of the 2015 land use board approval, but we’ll never be able to prove that since the digital records of their meeting have mysteriously gone missing.
