Agnello’s Market has closed the doors of its Barnegat Light location but will continue to operate the Harvey Cedars and Manahawkin locations. In an expressive farewell video they posted online, the owners conveyed their sadness over the news.

The market opened at the height of the pandemic and has leased the space from Brennan Fuels.

“We’ve always been guests of this property, and we’ve recently learned it will be demolished. The reasons don’t matter. What matters is you, our customers, our community and our incredible team,” Matt Agnello said.
