The Jetty Coquina Jam at the 68th Street beach in Brant Beach ran without a hitch on Sunday, July 21. The ocean temps finally warmed after a historically cold stretch.
Mia Gallagher of Ocean City and Gemma Kohles of Strathmere took the win in an exciting final. The weather, waves and community support surely had something to do with the success of the 16th annual all-female event, but beneath the surface, that success had a lot to do with the dedication of a few women who have really stepped up…
