Your Aug. 20 Ampersand column held more than its usual interest.
Author and mansplainer Grove Conrad’s praise for “cub reporter” Cathie Cush was a highlight. She was, in those early ’80s, also my right-hand freelancer at the writing business I ran from a storefront at Third and South Street in Philadelphia.
