To the Editor:
Where did all the trash cans go?
Walking along Long Beach Boulevard, we usually like to pick up any trash we see lying around to keep our town clean. Just as I was doing this, there was not a town trash can in sight. I needed to walk at least five blocks before I came upon a house under construction with a dumpster in the driveway.
I wonder why there are no trash/oil cans in town. Oh right, the mayor in his infinite wisdom removed them a few years back for heavens knows why.
