Spice It Up owners Regina Lotito and Dan Starin have launched their first hot sauce, Jersey Love, which was introduced at this weekend’s HopSauce Festival. The Beach Haven spice shop releases the sauce for sale online this week at jerseylovehotsauce.com. The product, a collaboration with Jersey Barn Fire, is said to be perfect in complement to shellfish, scallops and other seafood, pizza, on a pork-roll-egg-and-cheese, or maybe even corn on the cob or a fresh tomato sandwich.
