Nearly two years after Congressman Jeff Van Drew called for a federal audit of Atlantic City Electric’s billing practices, the two sides remain at odds – this time over customer credits tied to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s findings.

“Based on our initial analysis following confirmation with FERC staff, any refund for customers would amount to less than 2 cents per month over a 12-month period,” the company said Sept. 4.
