There’s a common mantra when it comes to major construction projects: delays are inevitable. Such is the case for reopening Southern Regional High School’s Goldberger Memorial Stadium with a new turf field.
“We were shooting for it to be done for the Sept. 18 football game, but some delays occurred,” Superintendent Craig Henry said after the board of education’s first meeting of the new school year on Sept.
