For the first time in years, Barnegat High School may have a bunch of girls in its track and field program who will make some noise in the big spring meets.
“We’re excited to see where they’re starting this year, as many of our athletes are already performing near where they finished last season,” said coach Rebecca Kane, whose squad started with an excellent showing in this past weekend’s Rebel Relays. “This sets us up nicely for our championship meets later.
