E-SEEKING OF VANISHED BUOY: Greetings Jay, Do you know what happened to the ‘danger’ navigational marker buoy in the bay off of Holgate? There has been an osprey nest on it for as long as I can remember, usually with three young raised each year, and this spring it is gone. Just wondering if it will be replaced with the same construction so our faithful osprey can continue to nest and feed in the beautiful bay. I do not know how to report it missing or to find out if anyone already has done so.
