The season of the witch is upon us with all the festive fun. In New Jersey we have numerous stories of haunted houses, ghost ships and the infamous legend of the Pine Barrens, the Jersey Devil.
During my childhood, my parents, in their efforts at proper childrearing, had many ideas on how to impart lessons to their young children. They surmised that developing minds at an innocent, tender age could be influenced to control behavior.
