To the Editor:

Boaters, drivers, walkers, bikers, kayakers and dogs, surely you have seen this sad sack of a house at the end of Bay Terrace in Harvey Cedars. It sits there with no elevator, no pool, no air conditioning, and less than 1,500 square feet.

How is anybody able to even live there? And the property …. what a piece of property! But it’s covered with grass, pine trees, cedar trees, reeds, bayberry, rose bushes and even poison ivy. Let’s clear it all and cover it with stones.
