Who says you have to leave LBI for a rockin’ New Year’s Eve? According to Billy Penn and the Inside Drivers, you don’t – just swing over to Black-Eyed Susans in Harvey Cedars, where the band will make its Island debut with a high-energy rock ’n’ roll show to ring in 2026.
“Get a good night’s rest because we rock hard,” Penn said.
Based in the Toms River area, the Inside Drivers are a rockabilly group that plays covers of old-school rock songs alongside fresh originals.
