While conversations among the public about Lennar Corp.’s 415-unit age-restricted Center Street housing development, Venue at Summers Corner, have never quite died down, the Little Egg Harbor project has recently been brought back into the forefront.

The 30-day public comment period for its CAFRA application opened on June 3. Residents can submit comments via mail to the N.J. Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Land Resource Protection until July 3.
