Late last month, ReClam the Bay set up an upweller tank near the gazebo in Harvey Cedars’ Sunset Park.
The main purposes of RCTB, organized in 2005, include replenishing the shellfish population in bay waters off LBI with baby clams and oysters and educating people in how they can keep the environment clean and friendly.
