When the girls volleyball season started, Barnegat head coach Emily Dancisin had no idea where the season would end. But one thing is certain: She wouldn’t have guessed her Bengals would still be playing deep into the fall break, approaching mid-November.
“No way,” she said, reflecting on the season that ended Nov. 9, two days after capturing the program’s second South Jersey Group 2 title in three years.
