On the vacant land that once housed the Elizabeth Edwards School in Barnegat Township sits a school bus. The vehicle was driven by Eileen Garvin, who was the victim of a homicide on Sept. 7, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley W. Billhimer.
Her friends from the school transportation department have invited the community to place flowers and tributes at the site.
